Reporting to: Senior Systems Engineer
Salary: Up to £26k pro rata, depending on experience
Role: Tier 2 Weekend Support Engineer
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 10AM to 4PM
Location: Our Redruth office and home based working

You will be joining a highly motivated and energetic team of professionals who value quality of work, professionalism and customer service above all things.
You will have a range of duties, including but not limited to:
Supporting customers on our service desk on weekends, including automated fault resolution, customer reported fault resolution, daily housekeeping duties along with inclusion in larger IT projects.
You will also have Professional Services duties including working in our fully equipped and dedicated workshop repairing and building systems.
You will be supported and mentored by a Tier 3 Engineer who will work with you to create a personal training plan that benefits both you and the company. Training materials, including required books and courses are paid for by the company.
Experience in a similar role is essential as is the ambition to play a key technical role in the continued growth of CF Systems.
