The desk is staffed by fully qualified IT engineers (no call handlers here) and enables us to coordinate and manage all of our incoming support requests with the utmost efficiency.
Our support desk is backed up by state of the art management software that enables us not just to meet our commitments to you on time and on budget, but also to ensure that all of our activity (planned and present) is completely transparent.
Our aim is always to get issues resolved remotely by our engineers, but there are occasions when this is not possible. In these circumstances, and in the instance of new installations and the like our Tiered engineers are available for on site visits and issue resolution.
Our help desk is staffed by engineers who are not just highly qualified, but also adept and experienced across a number of business sectors, meaning that they can talk easily and knowledgeably to end users and ensure that our service is second to none.
